Shipping Method and Costs

Flat-rate Shipping: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 NZD for nationwide delivery within New Zealand.

No Pick-ups: We do not offer in-person pick-up for orders. All orders are delivered directly to your specified shipping address.
Processing Times

Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM NZST).

Orders placed after 3 PM may not be processed until the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 15 business days of receiving your order if:

Items that cannot be returned:

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide instructions for returning the product.
Returns submitted without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees

Approved returns not due to Rikimed’s error may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product’s value.
Refunds and Credits

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund, credit, or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
